Jeff Cornish
Jeff set up Portunus Investment Solutions Ltd in 2009 with the intention of providing an independent promotions and marketing proposition for a few select investment managers to distribute their products to the financial services intermediary market.
With over 20 years experience in the financial services intermediary sales market, Jeff started his 14 year career with NPI, progressing from Broker Consultant to S.E. Regional Manager and ultimately as a National Sales Director.
In 2004 he moved into the tax efficient investment arena setting up Beringea’s IFA distribution network. After a brief period at Ingenious he joined Matrix and subsequently went on to set up Portunus with Matrix Private Equity Partners (now Mobeus Equity Partners) as his cornerstone client.
Jeff graduated from Surrey University and obtained a 2:2 joint honours degree in Chemistry and Biology.
